Rates and payments
Educational Psychology rates are charged based on current psychology and therapy rates in South Africa.
This practice is a "cash practice", which means that you are responsible for payment of the services rendered, and claiming back from your medical aid, if applicable. We will therefore not claim directly from your medical fund.
Psychology services will be specified on your invoice, and ICD-10 codes will be supplied where applicable in line with the BHF (Board of Healtcare Providers) guidelines.
Payment are done strictly by EFT (payment into our bank account), within 24 hours of the service being rendered. Please quote your surname and invoice number when making payments.
